How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship globally from our workshop in France. European orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened skeins within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the labels are intact. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your knitting patterns available in digital format?
Yes, all of our patterns are available as high-quality PDF downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your pattern immediately.
